"94/100 Tight but not anorexic, clear defined chardonnay nose and crisp acidity all the way, $20? Just $20? Go buy a case maybe two it will be gorgeous this coming summer 94 points a real bargain. The Key Report, Tony Keys, July 2017:

"93/100. If you are falling back in love with chardonnays here is one worth chasing down from a leading Orange winemaker. A fruit-filled Chardonnay with tropical and stone fruit flavours and a crisp finish.” Queensland Times Peter Chapman, July 2017:

"Crisp biscuit, mineral, rocky notes. Very light stonefruit but somewhat lifted. Good lines and linear structure without relying on overt fruit or oak. A value option for a more savoury style of chardonnay." Vinonotebook, Regan Drew, Aug 2017

"92/100. Classic straw coloured Chardonnay here. An orange pith-like aroma tees off strongly but changes to juicy peach and pear as it warms. The palate, which is similar to the aroma, has citrus flavours leading the way followed by stonefruit. It’s fleshy fruit palate is firmed up by the subtle presence oak... The oak treated pressings have the wine leaving a soft grip on the tongue which I find pleasing. The acid is perfectly judged! It keeps the palate lifted without being stark. Angullong’s 2016 A Range Chardonnay is simply delightful drinking in both cooler & warmer weather."  The Winesmith, 2017

"90/100 Angullong was the winery that brought the Orange region to the attention of the wine buying public with its inexpensive and strongly varietal sauvignon blancs, but it might well have been for its chardonnay, made and priced in similar fashion. There's a fleeting kiss of oak, then a pleasant group of stone fruit and citrus flavours." James Halliday, Wine Companion 2018

"An appealing, restrained white peach style which has a talc-like mouthfeel and good acid drive in keeping with its origin. Another bargain. ★★★★" Wisewise Magazine, July 2017

"If there was more chardonnay like this, there’d be less chardonnay like this and more empties in the recycle bin. 8.9/10" Max Crus, Border Mail, 2017

"It's hard not to be impressed by the quality coming out of Orange at the moment. Here's a solid Chardonnay for around $20. Good value ticking all the boxes. All the varietal characters you'd expect are here - citrus, white peach and grapefruit driving through nicely. Fermented in stainless steel with the pressings fermented in oak, there's a neat textural and creamy push from the latter. An honest, fresh Chardonnay at a good price - win win. Drink now to five years."  QWINE, June 2017

"A delightful wine with peaches, stonefruit and citrus on the bouquet. The palate is full of smooth rich flavours of peaches and summer fruits, it has a lovely balance with just a smidge of oak and the finish lingers a long time. AN EXCELLENT CHARDY."  Wine Assist, Dan Traucki, June 2017

"Crisp. Fresh. Driven by grapefruit and citrus flavours, pure and direct, with just enough flesh to keep you happy. Varietal. All energy and movement. Will appeal to a wide audience."  The Winefront, Campbell Mattinson, June 2017

"...It is a typical modern Australian cool climate Chardonnay. Limpid light golden lemon colour leads to a crisp clean palate of peaches, rosewater & lemon blossoms. The oak / acid balance is subtle, providing a smooth framework to the primary fruit delivery. Another very good value, gluggable Chardonnay from Angullong to be enjoyed now." The Grape Hunter, Gilbert Labour, June 2017:
