Winemaking

For over 65 years the Crossing family have farmed the Angullong property which sits in the foothills of Mount Canobolas in the cool highlands of Orange.  The Crossing Reserve represents the best parcels of fruit from the vineyard. It is a wine of concentrated fruit, complexity and persistence of flavour.  It will reward careful cellaring.

The best Cabernet Sauvignon from the Angullong vineyard was fermented with a submerged cap with twice daily pumpovers to extract colour and flavour. The wine was then matured in Oak for 12 months.
